Goditi una vista mozzafiato dall'enorme terrazza privata sull'Oceano Pacifico, Point Dume e Solstice Canyon. A pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, da escursioni, negozi o ristoranti (quando aperti). Tranquillo e appartato. Le portefinestre si aprono sulla terrazza privata per un soggiorno unico e indimenticabile. Ideale per le coppie che cercano una fuga. La comunità ha la propria caserma dei vigili del fuoco e il proprio camion.

Benvenuti a casa sul mare. La casa si trova a circa 1/2 isolato dalla sabbia con accesso diretto proprio in fondo alla strada. La casa ha un ampio open space che rende divertente e piacevole stare con amici e familiari. La casa offre giochi, corn hole, giocattoli da spiaggia e teli mare per il tempo libero. C'è una griglia a gas sul patio posteriore che è collegata al gas naturale, quindi non dovrai mai preoccuparti di cambiare un serbatoio. Ti piacerà scivolare nello stile di vita qui in spiaggia.
