Welkom bij Rosa! Rosa is centraal gelegen in een groene omgeving aan een belangrijke uitvalsweg. Hierdoor ben je snel in andere steden, terwijl het gezellige centrum van Sittard op loopafstand (15min) ligt. Vanuit Rosa zijn er tal van wandel- en fiets mogelijkheden. Santiago de Compostella loopt langs de voorkant van ons huis en het Pieterpad op 1 km van onze achtertuin. In 10 minuten sta je in het stadspark van Sittard.

Het Poortwachtershuisje

Gelegen naast, de naam zegt het al, de poort van het kasteel kunt u volledig tot rust komen. Voorzien van alle gemakken en faciliteiten zal het tijdens uw bezoek aan niets ontbreken. Geniet beneden van een goed flesje wijn met uitzicht op de binnenplaats. Voor het slapen gaan nog even een romantische film? Geen probleem, met de home cinema set projecteert dit u zo op de muur. Reserveer nu uw vorstelijke overnachting.

Knus en comfortabel Onze Caravan is omgetoverd in kleurrijk paradijsje. Heerlijke bedden, een ingebouwd echt toilet, een gaskachel, een veranda.. Met veel aandacht en liefde hebben we de ruimte verbouwd en ingericht, zodat er een aangename verblijfsruimte is ontstaan. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om onze wellness apart bij te boeken in de middag, tussen 14.00u en 18.30u. De kosten hiervoor zijn €60.

Het ligt immers aan de poort van het Heuvelland. Col du Fatten beschikt over alle faciliteiten voor een aangenaam contactvrij verblijf.
