You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.

This cute rustic 2 bedroom cottage on the lake is your perfect getaway. Watch the sunrise on the dock and spend your days in and around the lake. There is a paddle boat, paddle board, kayaks and canoe for your enjoyment. For the peak times of the summer starting the end of June until September we book from Saturday to Saturday. A private affordable room to rent while enjoying all the area has to offer. The room is small but comfortable for two people. There is a private entrance and private full bathroom. There is a small bar fridge, a coffee maker and microwave. Unfortunately there is not access or use of the kitchen.
