Welcome! This guest cabin is located just 5 miles from Beautiful Lake Guntersville Sunset park & walking trail. Only 3 miles to Sand Mountain Park Amphitheater & Athletic Fields. State Park 15 minutes. It is along a quiet street in residential area Nestled in the pines in our back yard. Room for parking a boat. We are 3/4 mile off Hwy 431 that goes through Albertville and Guntersville. Outdoor tables & benches for you to enjoy during your stay. Private yet close to everything No pets No smoking

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Join us on the Mount View Hurricane Valley farm, where we grow veggies, play with the dogs and cats, feed the chickens, and sing with the turkeys. This studio apartment is full of life inside and out. The grand piano is there just for all the practice you want to do. Then, stroll up the hillside and take in the view.
