Questa baita si trova nel piccolo villaggio di Penobquis. Ristrutturato nel 2019. Ha un fronte e un ponte laterale con una sala schermata che si affaccia sul fiume Kennebecasis. Ha un'eccellente pesca alla trota. Dai un'occhiata al Sussex River Tubing (nuovo nella zona). Ci sono Bald Eagles, White Tail Deer e lo strano cervo Pi-Bald. Questa baita è molto vicina al fiume. Siamo a circa 10 minuti dal Sussex. Circa 40 minuti per Saint-John e 40 minuti per Moncton. Siamo anche a 30 minuti da Fundy Park.

Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale. Questo bellissimo edificio storico è stato utilizzato come studio medico da diversi dottori da quando la gente ricorda. Risale all'incirca al 1840. Questa deliziosa struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2023. La casa dispone di tre suite private al piano principale, ognuna diversa dall'altra.
