The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Cottage at Legacy Manor

The Cottage at Legacy Manor is a unique space featuring one bedroom and one bath, perfect for a romantic escape or a solo retreat. The Cottage offers a cozy living space with a king-sized bed, 1 bath, a full kitchen, and a dedicated outdoor area with fire pit and charcoal grill,(firewood & grilling supplies are provided). The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets also within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w picnic table & lights.

With a large deck, firepit area, game room, living room, and a 6-person hot tub there are plenty of spots to choose from to kick back and relax. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen, or grill up your favorites on the stainless steel grill. If you would rather eat out there are loads of restaurants within a few miles to choose from.

Terrific for budget-conscious travelers who like to save by eating in; families, business travelers and visitors of Millersville University. There is a small bathroom off the bedroom with shower. Found in the heart of Lancaster County Amish country, our country style suite apartment is only 15-20 minutes from historic Lititz, Ephrata and Lancaster. Private entrance and space with a bedroom and full bath adjacent to our garage. Countryside airbnb with the luxury of a location in town. We adhere to the airbnb cleaning requirements to ensure your space is thoroughly disinfected. We welcome long term guests. No smoking or vaping on premises please. not ADA /wheelchair compatible

The Kings Touch is right in the heart of Amish Country. You can sit on the front porch and watch the Amish Buggies go by or watch as they work in the fields. We are two miles away from Outlet shopping, Dutch Wonderland, The American Music Theater and within a ten minute drive of Sight and Sound Theater. During your stay look for amish roadside stands. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well. We are in the heart of the tourist area and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Second floor guest suite with king size bed, private entrance and full bath. Includes refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. We also have a shared patio that guests are welcome to use. We are located in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. We are close to the towns of Intercourse, Bird-in-Hand and Strasburg and just minutes away from outlet shopping, theaters and downtown Lancaster City. Martha's Guest suite is a lovely, convenient getaway perfect for couples or a single person.

A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. We are following all state and AirBnB standards for cleaning and sanitizing.
