La cucina, essendo completamente attrezzata, è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere le vacanze e le cene in famiglia. Ci sono 2 bagni completi, entrambi con docce nuove con piastrelle in gres porcellanato. Questa casa include uno spazio di lavoro e 1 GB di Internet ad alta velocità.

Scopri il fascino del sud al "The Landing". Situato su un terreno molto ampio con vista panoramica sull'acqua, circondato da maestose querce. Il molo privato con accesso all'acqua e una rampa pubblica per le barche nelle vicinanze la rendono una destinazione ideale per la pesca. Recenti lavori di ristrutturazione di gran parte della casa, tra cui bagni rinnovati, nuova verniciatura e pavimenti. Un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi sia all'interno che all'esterno, con un portico, una terrazza e un patio. Amerai le albe e i tramonti a "The Landing". Non sono ammessi animali domestici!

No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is docked there when not in use as in the third pic.

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.
