First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

The home is two bedrooms, one bath with a queen bed, twin bed, double bed, and sleeper sofa (house sleeps 6.) Large driveway makes for easy parking.

Peaceful House With Beautiful Sunsets-Near Weston

**UPDATE**At this time there is NO water in the Lake, they’re digging it out to make it deeper. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. House sleeps 8 people comfortably. Dogs are allowed but limited to 2 dogs per stay. There is a fenced front yard for dogs to roam around and play. There is a pet fee. You will be responsible for any pet clean ups in the yard. The house is perfect for a family friendly stay.
