Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Rødhættes Hus è una casetta situata in una posizione tranquilla e idilliaca sulle rive del torrente Kovad, in una radura nel mezzo della foresta di Rold, con vista sul prato e sul bosco. A pochi passi dal bellissimo lago boschivo di St. Øksø. Il punto di partenza ideale per escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike nella foresta di Rold e sulle colline di Rebild, oppure un rifugio tranquillo nella pace della foresta, da cui si può godere la vita, magari con il volo dei pipistrelli sulla radura, lo scoiattolo che sfreccia su per il tronco dell'albero, un buon libro davanti al caminetto o il calore del fuoco di notte.

All'esterno ci sono terrazze con sole tutto il giorno, tanto spazio, e a soli 300 metri da una bella spiaggia sabbiosa, oltre a 15 minuti a piedi dal resort dune Skallerup.

In questo splendido ambiente rurale e aperto, il sole del mattino dà il benvenuto alla giornata e la vista sui campi è assolutamente incantevole sia al mattino che alla sera. Abbiamo un cane e un gatto che vanno in giro liberamente - sono curiosi e amano chiacchierare. La città, la spiaggia, i deliziosi ristoranti e i bellissimi oggetti d'artigianato sono a breve distanza. Non vediamo l'ora di darti il benvenuto!

Ci sono circa 900 metri a Lønstrup By sul sentiero lungo l'acqua e fantastiche spiagge a pochi minuti a piedi. Lønstrup è conosciuta come lille-skagen per le sue numerose gallerie e la sua atmosfera. Jacobsens Købmandsgård dating back to 1854 and is renovated to a high standard. It is furnished with a mix of antiques and modern danish design furniture. The kitchen is fully equiped.

In trono su una duna, la casa si erge completamente da sola e proprio accanto alla spiaggia, e l'architettura trasuda eccesso, qualità e finezza. L'entusiasmante storia della casa risale al 1920, quando si chiamava Blånæs, ispirato al tumulo di argilla "Den Blå Næse" a nord della proprietà.
