Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Also, Château de Chillon 2.4 km, Montreux Jazz Festival 1.4 km, Musée Olympique Lausanne 27 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 950 m, minigolf 1.1 km......
