The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
