La casa è nella lista storica. Ha più di 130 anni e splendidi pavimenti in legno massello in tutta la casa. Ha carattere e fascino. È stata completamente ristrutturata ed è dotata di TV via cavo e wifi. La soffitta è rifinita e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un letto singolo. L'alloggio non è a prova di bambino. La mia casa si trova a 42 km da Cooperstown, dal birrificio Ommengang e a meno di 2 km dalla tangenziale di New York. Graziosi negozi di antiquariato in città con posti dove mangiare raggiungibili a piedi. Vietato fumare all'interno. Non sono ammessi animali domestici.

La vacanza perfetta! Due caminetti rendono questa antica casa coloniale di campagna il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi o godersi lo sci di fondo, la mobilitazione della neve, le racchette da neve e le escursioni direttamente dalla porta sul retro. La Herrick House si estende su 120 acri di campi e foreste con viste spettacolari e vari animali selvatici. Con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi, 2 zone giorno, 2 splendidi caminetti a legna, lavanderia, nuovi elettrodomestici; questa è la vacanza perfetta per familiari e amici.

Con una cucina completa, tre comode camere da letto e arredi di metà secolo, avrai tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta. Escursioni, laghi, sci e antiquariato sono tutti nelle vicinanze! Dalla miniera di diamanti di Herkimer (25 minuti) alla grotta di Howe (53 minuti), avrai infinite opzioni da esplorare.

Rifugio in una baita accogliente "Lontano dalla folla"

Cabin Clack è un rifugio tranquillo, vicino a un ruscello, che confina con 1000 acri di sentieri selvaggi nella foresta dello Stato di New York. La baita è uno storico capanno da caccia del 1935 circa. Lo chalet è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari o famiglie (con bambini). Accogliamo gli animali domestici, che adoreranno esplorare la foresta appartata e la libertà della nostra strada senza uscita praticamente priva di traffico. C'è uno stagno alimentato da una sorgente in cui è possibile nuotare.

The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount.
