Soggiorno aperto con elettrodomestici a gas, lavatrice e asciugatrice e terrazza con vista sull'oceano. 5 minuti a piedi da tutto ciò che Lower G ha da offrire; spiaggia, porto turistico, ristoranti, mercati, birrerie e uno studio di yoga alla fine del nostro isolato. Una stazione di ricarica per auto elettriche è disponibile su richiesta. La terrazza è privata e barbecue. Il parcheggio si trova proprio accanto al cottage. NOTA: questa struttura è progettata solo per adulti e non è adatta a bambini e ragazzi di età inferiore a 16 anni.

Casa storica con splendida vista sull'oceano che si affaccia su Keats Island a est. Il sole del mattino illumina le montagne a nord; una strada tranquilla con molti uccelli; a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal porto turistico, dai negozi e altro ancora. Questa è una casa "verde": Recyclers e composter sono i benvenuti. Il wifi è attivo e disponibile 24 ore su 24 Niente cavo, niente barbecue. Cucina attrezzata, asciugamani e biancheria da letto. Fino a 6-7 ospiti se ad alcuni non dispiace i materassi a pavimento. Gli ospiti aggiuntivi (più di 4) costano 25$ a notte ciascuno.

Il cottage è perfetto per coppie, famiglie o amici. È composto da una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Sono presenti anche due letti singoli nel soppalco. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piano cottura a gas/forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e frigorifero di grandi dimensioni. A disposizione degli ospiti anche un barbecue a gas naturale.

Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

It's only a 15 minute drive from Langdale Ferry terminal and 15 min drive to either Gibsons or Sechelt. You can take the bus here too. Enjoy the dark nights in our Japanese hot tub, the beaches and forests, the shopping and restaurants, and the laid back culture of The Coast.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property in Roberts Creek, a 15 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. There is no view of the ocean from the cottage. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate.
