All'interno della baita, potrai usufruire di una cucina completa e di un bagno. Il cortile privato completamente recintato dispone di un ampio terrazzo coperto, tavolo da patio, sedie, barbecue e un braciere da godersi tutto l'anno.

Goditi un bel barbecue all'aperto, una passeggiata nel parco vicino o radunati intorno al falò per alcuni marshmallow arrostiti. Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Benvenuti nella spaziosa, soleggiata e bellissima Casa Del Lago! Situato in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, nel pittoresco villaggio lacustre di Matlock. Una grande fuga per tutta la famiglia! Ampio spazio aperto, molte finestre per far entrare la luce, camere da letto spaziose, ampio bagno, grandi ponti. Sole e ombra disponibili all'interno della struttura. Molto pulito e ben tenuto. Preferiamo le prenotazioni da venerdì a venerdì, se possibile.
