Nella nostra zona rurale, il richiamo degli uccelli canori o il muggito delle mucche è la cosa più forte che sentirai. La nostra proprietà è completamente alimentata a energia solare, con la nostra serie di 39 pannelli solari sul tetto del fienile. Mettiamo a disposizione una cucina completamente attrezzata per la colazione, con uova fresche delle nostre galline. Tutte le nazionalità/LGBTQ/tutti gli esseri umani sono i benvenuti! La piscina è aperta!

Amerai questo appartamento al piano superiore appena ristrutturato, appena fuori Potsdam. Perfetto per i professionisti e le famiglie in viaggio. Vicino a tutti e quattro i college (SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson University, St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton), questo rifugio con due camere da letto offre una fuga tranquilla mantenendoti vicino a tutto. L'appartamento può ospitare comodamente 5 persone, con 1 letto matrimoniale e 3 letti singoli, che lo rendono perfetto per famiglie o piccoli gruppi. Wi-Fi, smart tv e parcheggio fuoristrada in loco.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questa casa tranquilla e accogliente con un bellissimo cortile per osservare le stelle! Terrazza sul retro con braciere e barbecue a gas. Sicuro, tranquillo bellissimo cortile, con accesso a un campo, a volte si possono osservare i cavalli dei vicini. Albero di mele e bellissimi fiori durante i mesi estivi. Ampio parcheggio, accesso al veicolo di parcheggio nel garage. Slittino in collina nel cortile sul retro. Tutto è disponibile, basta portare i vestiti e divertirsi!

Can be booked with an adjoining 3 bedroom, 2 bath high-end home (listed separately) for larger groups.

With views of Black Lake, this cozy tiny home is the perfect couples’ retreat. Enjoy peaceful lake views, dock access within the campground, and evenings by your private fire pit. The loft features a full-size bed, and the fully functional kitchenette has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Simple, charming, and surrounded by nature the ideal escape to unwind and reconnect. Due to weather, the home is not yet in its permanent location; updated photos will be added once it’s moved.

The Classic Camper offers timeless campground charm in a retro seasonal RV located on Black Lake. This one-bedroom, one-bath stay sleeps up to five guests and features a loft area and a covered patio. The RV includes a simple kitchen with all the essentials, a four-person dining table, and comfortable seating with a couch and recliner. Guests can enjoy the amenities at Back Bay Campground, including a heated pool, arcade, walking trails, and rentals available at the camp store.
