Our charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Studio in Sparks

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

Little Desert Oasis

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt. We look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you.

Welcome to The Cupcake! Expect cozy luxury and all new construction in Reno’s most walkable neighborhood. Just a few blocks to all the cute coffee shops, restaurants and shopping in Midtown. For health care professionals, the VA is a block away and Renown Hospital is less than a mile. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and couch that turns into a queen sized sleeping space, and a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate, microwave, and fridge). The space has WiFi, a smart tv and complimentary coffee. This prime location is only ~20 minutes from Mount Rose, ~35 from the shore of Lake Tahoe, and ~15 from Downtown Reno.
