Ci siamo divertiti così tanto a ospitare nel nostro alloggio originale, The Ivywood Barn, che abbiamo deciso di aggiungerne un altro. Ti diamo il benvenuto a The Ivywood Barn Too! La nostra proprietà includeva una vecchia stalla per cavalli, stalle e un deposito per il mangime: due stanze sotto lo stesso tetto. Nel 2018, abbiamo trasformato il fienile e le stalle dei cavalli in The Ivywood Barn. Ora abbiamo trasformato la stanza dei mangimi in The Ivywood Barn Too! Due stanze private, due ingressi privati sotto lo stesso tetto. Quindi, se siete in 2, scegliete uno dei due lati. Se siete in 4, sceglieteli entrambi!

Bungalow sul fondo del fiume

Coccolati con un bungalow molto privato nei tranquilli boschi di Athens ovest (a circa 15 minuti dall'Università della Georgia). Questo spazio simile a una SPA recentemente ristrutturato è un paradiso per il benessere e il relax. Situato sul fiume Oconee, nell'incantevole quartiere River Bottom, potrai godere dei benefici rigeneranti della tua sauna privata in cedro su misura, di una spaziosa doccia in marmo, di una vasca idromassaggio all'aperto, di un letto king-size e di molto altro ancora. Il bungalow fa parte della casa principale e dispone di un ingresso PRIVATO separato attraverso il cortile sul retro.

Dogwood Cottage: un rifugio rilassante nel bosco

Fuggi in un tranquillo cottage con 1 camera da letto per soli adulti su 12 acri di tranquilla foresta di legno massello. Trascorri la mattinata rilassandoti sul portico schermato o percorri i sentieri e osserva cervi e uccelli. A soli 6 miglia di distanza, Watkinsville offre negozi e ristoranti di una piccola città. A soli 20 minuti di auto per l'antiquariato e la ristorazione nella storica Madison o dirigersi ad Atene, sede di UGA e di tutti gli acquisti, la ristorazione e la vita notturna di una città universitaria. Di notte, rilassati vicino al focolare mentre arrostisci i marshmallow e ascolta i gufi.

Ti diamo il benvenuto nella nostra casa colonica storica, calda e accogliente. Goditi un soggiorno pittoresco e accogliente con facile accesso ad Atene, UGA, Madison, Monroe e Watkinsville. Potrai usufruire dell'intero secondo piano. Lo spazio offre due camere da letto con letto matrimoniale in ciascuna, una terza camera con letto matrimoniale che può essere utilizzata come camera da letto o sala comune e un bagno completo con vasca antica con piedini e doccia. Non c'è accesso al piano di sotto. Puoi anche rilassarti sul portico anteriore o sul patio posteriore che si affaccia su 9 acri boschivi.

La baita Portico, costruita nel 1870, è accogliente, rustica e conservata con cura. Ideale per una fuga di coppia, un soggiorno in famiglia o un rifugio solitario per sfuggire alla vita di tutti i giorni ed entrare in contatto con la natura. Rilassati sulle sedie a dondolo del portico o accanto alla stufa a legna, circondato dai libri. Goditi la cabina e i 60 acri circostanti, con sentieri, un laghetto da pesca, un grande focolare, accesso al fiume con canoe e la storica chiesa, The Portico. Esplora le vicine città di Athens, Monroe e Madison.

Located only 20 minutes from UGA in the small town of Statham, Georgia, Cherry Street Farmhouse is the the perfect farm stay! The farmhouse sits in the middle of ten acres right off Broad Street. The pastures around Cherry Street Farmhouse are home to our goat herd! The home was built in 1947 and fully renovated in 2022, this home boasts a large front porch, stylish design, and great wifi. Cherry Street Farmhouse is less than a mile to restaurants and antique stores. There is a train nearby.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).
