Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! 5 uniquely decorated cabins serve as your base for all your Alaska fun! Each cabin is 500 sq feet and has a small kitchen, bath with tile shower, one bedroom and a sleeping loft. Kenai river access for fishing a short walk from your cabin. 13 acres allows for the chance see wildlife from your porch while having coffee from the Keurig coffee maker. We also have 6 RV sites with full hookups. Dry camping. Laundry cabin with coin op washers and dryers. It also has an extra bath with 2 Showers.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Minutes from world class salmon, trout, saltwater fishing and exploring. This cozy ranch cottage sits on a nice forrest property. Kitchen opens into the living area with windows looking at the Caribou Hills and southern exposure. Perfect for 2 solo travelers, a couple getaway or small family. There are 4 cottages on the property. Each has an independent parking and outdoor area with grills. Can be booked simultaneously to accommodate large parties.
