Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Welcome to our custom-built log cabin on 6 acres in Danbury, WI. This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin with an expansive backyard & stunning patio. It features a stone fireplace, fire pit, lounge sofas, & dining tables. This cabin is private with lush woodlands around it and endless leisures like floating down the river in the summer sun or having a snowball fight as the flakes fall in winter. No matter the season, this cabin is perfect for family & friends to gather to enjoy each other’s company!

The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. The Timberjack is surrounded by trees right on Lake Hayward and close to downtown Hayward. Launch your canoe just steps from the cabin, walk into town for lunch, or go hiking or skiing on the nearby trails, this cabin is nestled in the ideal location!

Hayward Haus, Modern Design w/ Classic Experience

Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind This cabin was built in 2021 and host is 13 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however exceptions can be made with permission and a fee. Inquire with host. NEMA 15-40R outlet provided for level 2 EV charging. You bring chord and adapter.

"Das Blockhaus" - cozy, authentic German log cabin

Studio sized log cabin with direct access to Hayward Lake and located just 3.5 miles from the Hatchery Creek Trailhead (Birkie Trail and CAMBA mountain bike trail access at this trailhead). Or you could go hang out at the city beach just half a mile away or launch your boat at the public launch (same place). Also just a short walk to downtown for great coffee, food and drink. Seeley Oaks A-Frame | Quiet, 40 Acres, Near Trails

This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. It's a total of 700 sq ft, with a queen bed in the loft, in-floor heat, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Less than 2 mi from Highway 63, 8 mi from Cable, and 10 mi from Hayward. IG: @Seeleyoaks

Ski the famous American Birkebeiner ski trail? Visit attractions in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National forest? All these are within minutes. At days' end, unwind on the deck and soak in the night stars!

Bring your snowmobiles, ATVs and ice fishing gear as we are close to the Gandy Dancer Trails and our beautiful river flows to two lakes for great fishing - end at our bonfire pit to roast S'mores and swap stories!
