Splendida vista su Fishers Peak, a pochi chilometri dal Fishers Peak State Park e dal Trinidad Lake State Park. La posizione è appena a sud di Trinidad e a circa 2,4 km a sud di Walmart. Le minicase sono nuovissime e molto pulite. Perfette per una coppia in fuga.
