Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo tranquillo cottage in fattoria. Il nostro cottage si trova su 60 ettari a Independence, in Missouri. Questa casa offre un soggiorno, una sala da pranzo (8 posti), una cucina completa, 2 bagni completi, una lavanderia/ingresso e 3 camere da letto. (letto king-size, queen-size e matrimoniale). Troverai un portico anteriore e laterale per sederti e rilassarti, nonché un patio privato sul retro dove la tua famiglia può godersi una serata divertente. Ogni camera da letto offre un letto comodo, appendiabiti per i vestiti e un ventilatore per aiutarti a rilassarti.

Questo ranch suburbano degli anni '60 ristrutturato offre tutto lo spazio necessario per rilassarsi. Situata in un quartiere tranquillo su un grande terreno centrale rispetto al centro storico di Liberty e alle attrazioni di Kansas City, questa casa si affaccia sul bellissimo stagno della distilleria Jones No. 97. Caratterizzata da pavimenti in legno con zona giorno/pranzo a pianta aperta, tutto il necessario è su un unico livello, anche se ci sono dei gradini per accedere alla casa. Il seminterrato privato è accessibile al proprietario tramite l'ingresso esterno per brevi operazioni di manutenzione.

Posto unico e tranquillo nella valle dove al mattino si sente solo il canto del gallo. Bevi un caffè su una terrazza privata che si affaccia sul laghetto delle carpe con una fontana tranquilla. A breve distanza in auto da I-435 e I-35. A circa mezz'ora di auto dagli stadi Royals e Chiefs, dal centro di KC e dalla Kansas Speedway! A pochi minuti dai sentieri ciclabili e pedonali che circondano Smithville Lake! Attenzione: scale strette e ripide all'interno. Per portare i bagagli all'interno, utilizza le scale esterne fino ai quartieri delle camere da letto.

Il nostro splendido chalet pieno di luce con camino a legna è arroccato sopra il nostro lago privato di 6 ettari alimentato da sorgente, vicino all'area lounge all'aperto comune e alla spiaggia sabbiosa. Abbiamo 200 acri di splendida proprietà con massi calcarei e sentieri escursionistici ovunque. Il lago è ideale per nuotare, andare in kayak e praticare SUP, e offre ottime opportunità di pesca. Siamo a cinque minuti dal centro di Excelsior Springs, dal campo da golf Excelsior Springs e dall'aeroporto municipale 3EX. Rilassati, rigenerati e gioca.
