La baita sembra completamente nascosta, ma dista meno di 10 minuti da Bridgton e Napoli, dalle escursioni, dalle spiagge e dai ristoranti. I boschi sono belli e tranquilli e lo stagno si trova in fondo a un sentiero coperto di muschio. Ottimo per coppie o per un weekend fuori. Grande terrazza con grill e doccia esterna, braciere. C'è un molo condiviso sul laghetto per nuotare, pescare o semplicemente godersi la vista, oltre a una canoa, 2 kayak e una tavola da paddle.
