The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Located next to the island of Sunset Beach and is just a 3 minute drive over the bridge. Studio is walking distance to SB park, Maverick's Coffee, House's Restaurant and more.

Sea Trail offers a pass (at an additional $200 refundable deposit) for using pools/hot tubs, grills, and other resort amenities.
