The comfy beds are memory foam and the bathrooms are both updated. Skip the game day/concert traffic and opt for an easy walk. We are located 0.8 miles from State Farm Stadium.

Sunnyside has a diving pool (NOT heated), hot tub, corn hole, VR headset, foosball table and much more for your home entertainment. Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
