Completamente ristrutturato da cima a fondo nel 2021, è pensato per il comfort di amici e familiari. All'ingresso, un breve tragitto in auto attraverso un campo aperto con grandi querce e bellissimi pini sparsi in tutta la proprietà. Al piano terra si trovano un bagno con doccia esterna e un frigorifero di grandi dimensioni.
