Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Si trova a circa 1 km dal centro di Malinska e dalla spiaggia, a 15 minuti a piedi. Il posto è molto tranquillo e perfetto per il riposo. A 100 m dalla casa c'è un piccolo negozio, e grandi centri commerciali sono a circa 500 m dalla casa. Il parcheggio è nel cortile.

The local beach is easily accessible on foot (10 min.walk)Within walking distance are several restaurants, promenade and little supermarket.
