Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.
