From restaurants to shopping, supermarkets and parks, almost everything you need is a short walk or drive away!We share a communal area with other units. These areas are usually tidy, but as it is communal we have no control over it. You can be assured that we will always keep our apartment as clean and tidy as possible!

Beds have inner spring pillow top mattresses, duvets, pillows and linen. The lounge has a 50 inch TV with Freeview and internet connection.

Situated conveniently a 5 minute drive from Massey University, a supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants, Central Palmerston North is only a 15 minute drive away. Privacy is guaranteed by a separate entrance and adjacent parking. There are several interesting walks in the area.

It is attached to our home but with your own entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite and a walk through wardrobe. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, toaster, microwave and toasted sandwich maker along with essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, tea and coffee etc. Continental breakfast supplies are also provided.
