Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Pong Noi Homestay is a renovated house to become an environmentally friendly accommodation. The house is located in Doi Suthep foothill in the centre of local living area where you can find varieties of local food. The design is a quaint modern style. The place is close to the thriving contemporary arts and craftsmanship area such as Baan Khang Wat and Lansieow Art Space.

There are two single beds, bathroom with warm shower, microwave, kettle & some utensils for simple meals. There is no washing machine, but you can use laundromats at the market nearby.
