Aipal is a Bakery / Confectionery renowned, famous for its "Bolas de Berlim" (Berliners). They're open 24 hours except on Mondays, they offer a wide variety of bread and pastries at all hours. I recommend their Berliners and slices of pizza, they're great for a mid night snack.

There are a few Aipals around Espinho and it is a recommend place for a snack or lunch. However, it is most famous for its Rua 19´s shop being open until the late hours of the night where you can buy pastry and slices of pizza.
