AMAZING FRESH PASTA! This is place is the real secret spot, is about 20 min from San Juan, their owners are from Rome and they KNOW how to make delicious italian cuisine! Nothing fancy is almost as you are eating in their house. ($12-$28). I'm sure will be one of the best pasta places on the island. Their pumpkin ravioli or their gnocchi stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese. Is just AMAZING!

La Cucina Italiana di Franco e Gemma is a gastronomic treasure located in Levittown, Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. The owners who are also the Chef's are Born in Italia. This means that in Levittown we got Italian's people making original Italian food. Everything fresh, authentic and just right.
