If it is a romantic evening you are planning then I would definitely recommend Pier 88. It offers International and Italian cuisine. Recommend you book ahead as it is often busy with an 'In' crowd on the weekends (Friday/Saturday). Do take your phone to use as a torch as it is quite dark and it helps to read the menu.
