A new Twisted Pear just opened on Main Street Rutherfordton.

A full list of domestic and imported beers and wine, along with a huge list of craft beers serving many on tap daily. No food at this venue but food can be brought in or delivered from nearby restaurants. Live local musicians throughout the week, trivia Thursdays and painting classes offered. I do not drink coffee but I hear it is great.

The Twisted Pear now has a location in Rutherfordton also, but I think more people go to the one in Forest City. It's part beer store, part bar. They often have live music and their schedule of events is easily found on Facebook.
