Franks is the place to do some late night partying!Great music with live dj and lots of dancing. Here you will find a nice mix of folks. Expats, natives( English or patois speaking Afro-Caribbean, and white islanders, Spanish and Garifuna speaking Afro caribbeans, and latinos from the mainland, and visitors.
