The Provincial Capitol Lagoon is one of Bacolod's landmark. Locals love to come here to unwind and do nothing. It's a great place to go if you have a few hours to kill, and not sure where to go. Best time to visit i early morning or late afternoon.

Enjoy a walk, stroll or jog in the nicest park in the city. Join locals and travelers to enjoy this beautiful park. Zumba every morning. Some weekends make it a local race starting point. Crowds gather early in the morning and in the evening. Find delicious munchies around the perimeter of the park.

You can enjoy an early morning jog or just sit and sip some fresh coconut water while people watching. Kids and grownups alike love to feed the fishes in the pond, too.
