Located in MARBLE, you will not be disappointed by this BBQ. Open summers only. As it is the only place in town, be prepared for a wait and understand that it's an experiential place. :) The drive to Marble will take you through unspeakably gorgeous scenery. You can also catch the Slow Groovin' BBQ truck at the former Red Rock Diner off HWY 133 in Carbondale!!
