Joo Gi-bbeum (Song Ha-yoon) and Gong Ma-sung (Choi Jin-hyuk) pass by here on their date in episode 15 of Devilish Joy (마성의 기쁨) (MBN/Dramax, 2018). We see this cathedral multiple of times in Black Knight: The Man Who Guards Me (흑기사) (KBS2, 2017-18) (In fact every time somebody goes to Sharon Tailor): in episode 1, when Jung Hae-ra (Shin Se-kyung) was looking for an old tailor shop to get her dress in her ‘dream’, in episode 2, when Hae-ra and her friend were looking for Sharon’s (Seo Ji-hye) Boutique, in episode 3, when Hae-ra together with Moon Soo-ho (Kim Rae-won) are on their way to Sharon Tailor Shop and again it is again shown in episode 6. Myeong-dong Cathedral is the Church for Archdiocese of Seoul and was also the birthplace for the Roman Catholic Church community in Korea Myeong-dong Cathedral is located in downtown Seoul and tourists frequently come and visit the place.
