A bar where travelers and foreign residents meet up and chat with Japanese locals. It is a small bar that has a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The bartenders speak French, English, German, Russian and Japanese depending on who is working that day. On the 3rd Floor Open from 5PM - 1AM (or later) Cocktails 500yen Beer 600yen
