La proprietà si trova su 14 ettari; la proprietaria vive in loco in una casa separata con i suoi 3 cani, 1 gatto eccezionalmente pigro e 4 galline mascalzone (potrebbero venire a trovarti!). Il terreno ha antichi alberi di mele, un sacco di giardini perenni con altri in corso, bacche e un orto biologico che ci piacerebbe condividere, se lo desideri.
