For being mid city, we are amazingly peaceful, 3 miles off of I-10 and 2 miles to the U of A, close to bike paths and shopping! You get the big bedroom in a spacious 5BR, 2BA 2000 square foot home with outdoor patio. Inside we have a creative space for use by all and a cozy wood stove for cold mornings. I, the host, am very familiar with where to go, especially for nature lovers! You can stay to yourselves or converse with others in the house.

Welcome to Southern Heights! This is a quiet community minutes from I-10 and just south of downtown with eclectic charm and excellent Mexican food blocks away.
This is one private room in a newly constructed house that will share a bathroom with one other AirBnB room. The kitchen, dining nook, and living rooms are all shared and accessible if you like.
My goal is to make this room the best value you can find in Tucson close to downtown!
