Ci troviamo nel bellissimo quartiere storico di St. Andrews. Questa non è solo una casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni in affitto, era la casa di famiglia degli attuali proprietari. Recentemente ristrutturato, è come una seconda casa per gli ospiti. La casa è completamente attrezzata per il comfort ed è pet friendly. Spiaggia privata, enorme cortile con terrazza, viste incredibili giorno e notte. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per rifornimenti, ristoranti, negozi e intrattenimento si trova a meno di uno o due miglia dalla casa.

Walk to the bay public access to play in the water, take a kayak for a spin or just watch the sunsets every evening. The dock & picnic area is not ours to use. The Parker Pier and more beachfront and picnic area is across 98 as well as a semi private feeling beach 2 blocks N. This house is perfect for family get-togethers.

There is a public boat ramp in the proximity with plenty of space to park your trailer at the property.
