Tranquillo quartiere residenziale. Situato nel centro di Vernal. Sia il parcheggio in strada che fuori. Due grandi alberi da ombra nel cortile completamente recintato. Altalena per pneumatici vecchio stile. Patio coperto con tavolo e sedie. Due canili a catena. Sono stati installati un nuovo forno e un condizionatore centralizzato. Il seminterrato rimane comodamente fresco come la maggior parte dei seminterrati. I nuovi materassi sono stati posizionati su tutti e sei i letti il 1 ° aprile 2023.

Welcome to our bright and cozy basement retreat that stays cool in the heat of summer and warm in the colder months. It is a great place for golfers and families. Within walking distance to the golf course, guests love the unbeatable location that keeps you close to everything while offering a peaceful place to unwind. We have 2 comfortable queen beds, a cozy fireplace, a large dining table, fully stocked kitchen, and spa-like bathroom - as well as in-unit laundry, and high speed internet.

A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. 42" roku TV in the living room. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
