Inside, the home blends rustic cabin charm with modern comforts. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the living area includes a cozy daybed and a sleeper chair, making it ideal for families or small groups. After a day outdoors, relax with board games, flat-screen TVs, and a cozy dining area perfect for sharing meals and stories. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook at home. Guests are provided with linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer are available in the unfinished basement, and the cabin is equipped with central heating and ceiling fans. For safety, there is one outward-facing exterior security camera. The property is dog-friendly with a pre-trip pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed. Intorno a noi non c'è altro che boschi e fauna selvatica. Un'esperienza imperdibile. Metti il tuo film preferito sul proiettore, rilassati nella soleggiata e accogliente veranda, ascolta la musica sul giradischi o prendi un asciugamano e dirigiti verso la vasca idromassaggio in cedro su misura. È il momento di creare ricordi indelebili che non dimenticherai mai. Benvenuti in un piccolo angolo di paradiso.

L'Akers Cottage

Goditi questa accogliente casa sul lago con molo privato e area piscina. Rilassati sull'ampio ponte di grandi dimensioni mentre osservi la fauna selvatica sul lago. Proprio accanto alla struttura c'è un varo pubblico per imbarcazioni, dove puoi mettere in acqua la tua barca e ormeggiarla al molo privato dei cottage per un facile accesso. Inoltre, la struttura mette a disposizione un pedalò e un kayak. L'accesso al sentiero ATV si trova a 800 metri lungo la strada. In inverno, puoi andare in motoslitta direttamente dalla proprietà al sistema di sentieri principale.

Fai un salto indietro nel tempo nella casa d'epoca della nonna. Questa spaziosa casa si trova accanto al fiume Androscoggin, perfetta per rafting, caccia, pesca, escursioni e gite in barca. Il varo delle barche statali è a mezzo miglio lungo la strada. La casa dispone di una sala giochi con tavolo da hockey da tavolo e giochi da tavolo. C'è molto spazio per un grande gruppo di persone, un garage per due auto e un ampio cortile anteriore e posteriore. Pista per motoslitte e accesso ai fuoristrada direttamente dalla casa. Il nostro accogliente cottage con 2 letti e 1 bagno nella Great North Woods è il rifugio perfetto per chi cerca comfort e avventure all'aria aperta. Durante i mesi più caldi, gli ospiti possono nuotare, pescare, andare in kayak e in barca nel bellissimo Akers Pond. Oltre a fantastici percorsi per quad a 5 minuti, sentieri escursionistici e viste panoramiche. In inverno, la zona offre motoslitte con accesso diretto ai sentieri, ciaspolate, sci e pesca sul ghiaccio nello stagno. Trota arcobaleno, persico trota, pesce persico, pesce sole e altri pesci.
