We offer you the chance to connect with the original village way of life: where the inhabitants lived and breathed; worked and played and traded by the sea, is a 2 bedroom house that has not compromised on comfort. It is ideal for couples, a small family or group of friends. We warmly invite you to come and stay in this community and experience the precious, and often overlooked, Nungwi way of life.

Beach Hut at The Adventure Villa + Breakfast

A cosy space with therapeutic sunset views over the ocean. This is a nature-immersive quiet escape from the crowds where you can enjoy the ocean,birds,sunsets,swim,yoga,tropical gardens,hot shower and more(see amenities). The breakfast is included,except for monthly stays. You can order lunch,dinner and drinks. Renting a scooter or a car is great for more freedom of exploring the island. Local transportation is available on 5min walk. The busy beaches of Kendwa and Nungwi are in 15 min drive.

Magnolia Villa ,Beachfront Villa -Matemwe Zanzibar

Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

Dieser Bungalow wurde im September 2018 neu gebaut und ist sehr geräumig. Er besitzt eine sperate Küche , mit eigenem Zugang. Ausserdem gehören dazu eine sehr grosse Terasse. Heisses Wasser gibt es im Bad.Fan und Mosiqitonetz sind vorhanden.Zum wunderschönen weissen Sandstrand sind es nur 7 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuss . Ausserdem gibt es in der Nähe auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Local Restaurants und die Busstation.

It is always good to mingle with the locals and this is the right place. L'alloggio fa parte di un piccolo residence con giardino, parcheggio interno gratuito. L'accesso in spiaggia più vicino si trova a 7 minuti (di fianco al RIU JUMBO) . Molto vicino c'è un piccolo market (jumbo market) e a 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge un supermarket. E' una zona molto tranquilla. la distanza da Nungwi è di 1 km invece da Kendwa 1,6 km.
