Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Romantic Guesthouse with a Private Yard in Westwood

Enjoy a glass of wine in the lush backyard of this cozy guesthouse. Prepare a home-cooked dinner or simply relax after a day of exploring Century City or Beverly Hills. Just remodeled, modern design and very comfortable guesthouse. loft bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and a large closet. Living room downstairs with a sleeper sofa. fully equipped kitchen and a great shower. Lovely private yard with patio furniture. Completely private entrance through the yard. Ample parking right on the street with minimal restrictions (street cleaning only). Professionally managed with access to host & property manager. Happy to help in every way. The guesthouse is in a high-end, quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of LA's Westside. Extremely safe and with ample street parking, it's in walking distance to malls, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking right on the street. Minimal restrictions (street cleaning once a week per side of road). Lots of bus lines within 5-10 minutes walking that can get you to anywhere in LA. About 20 minutes walk to the metro station (light rail to the beach & to downtown). Lots of Ubers within 5 minutes around the clock. This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

Cozy 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment

Quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen and private balcony. My little cat MauMau lives here. She is approx. 6 1/2 years old. Please don't ask me to remove my cat. She is a rescue and this is her apartment. I will come by 2 times a day to take care of her. I will respect your privacy but please understand I will come by. 1 block away from Santa Monica for short or longer stays. fans, heater, WIFI, coin washer/dryer in the building, easy access to city and beach.

This lovely unit is where I have lived for a years and will have everything you'll need for a great stay. The furniture and the mattress is high quality and the photos are very recent. Fully equipped Resort Style Amenities such as salt water, heated swimming pool. Indoor spa: Jacuzzi, Steam Room and sauna with an amazing and huge fully equipped gym. Located in Westwood Village, walking distance to MANY restaurants, shops, convenient stores, grocery stores and theaters. Also short walk to UCLA

Escape to this studio apartment tucked away on an historic estate, once home to Joe Kennedy. Secluded from the main house by a tall hedge of bougainvillea, the studio apartment is completely private. An open-plan living area opens to a private backyard patio. The apartment is simple, functional and comfortable, but not luxurious. The neighborhood is tranquil and safe. Private and quiet, newly refurbished guest house in our back yard with the latest amenities. High end kitchen appliances, new bed and bathroom and a large yard. This is a secluded oasis at the heart of bustling Los Angeles. Museums, businesses, universities and the beach are all in a short driving distance. Walk to Trader Joe's & local resturants. No pets, guide dogs or emotional support animals, please. I am super allergic to fur and cannot have furry animals around.
