Das Dachgeschoss gibt Zugang zur Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Der Keller beinhaltet einen großzügigen Spiel- und Fitnessraum! Das Niedrigenergiehaus ist immer kühl und benötigt keine Klimaanlage.
