You can reach Santa Catalina by walk in just 10 minutes. Santa Catalina is an emblematic neighborhood with many restaurants and bars and his famous market. It is completely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are two cosy bedrooms with two complete bathrooms. Around the private pool, you can enjoy a very quiet sunny garden.

The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
