A lovely space in the centre of a beautifully maintained garden and superb farm. Wonderful to be able to wander the farm and enjoy the animals as well as the charming accommodation.

Roselea Cottage was perfect from the moment we entered! Directions to get there were clear and as we arrived late on the Friday, Maryanne had kindly put on the electric blanket, making for a warm arrival! The cottage was spotless and welcoming, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away. Would 100% recommend!

Peaceful, stylish & clean quaint cottage set in the homestead garden

This is a cute and cosy cottage with character. The bed is comfortable and the roaring fire was welcome in winter. We appreciated the vases of flowers and the baked treats. It is located close to Hamilton and only 20 minutes drive from Dunkeld and its gastronomic delights. We will return

Maryanne was a lovely host and we had a wonderful time at her place with my fiancée. The guest house was very stylish with beautiful decorations and it had everything we needed for a three-night stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for a bit of luxury whilst enjoying the gorgeous Grampians.

Fantastic cottage!! Amazing living experience!

The couple was amazing in hosting us, everything as described, Wayne was nice to allow me to join him for a private tour around his farm of horses sheeps and dogs!!! They are really nice and accommodating. Anyone passing by to Grampians should stay at this lovely house!!!! But important note, please do drive when staying here. Not located within the town itself but for us who are looking for a farm stay this was perfect I would give 6 STARS to them!

My partner and I visited Hamilton over a long weekend and had a wonderful cosy and comfortable stay at Roselea Cottage! Maryanne and Wayne were welcoming and very responsive with communication prior to and during our stay. They even surprised us with some delicious homemade brownies! If you’re looking for a lovely and affordable self-contained cottage as a base to explore the region or for some R&R reading by an open fireplace, we highly recommend Roselea Cottage.
