Really cute place.

This Hummingbird Haven turned out to be even more beautiful than we expected. It is built into the side of a mountain that overlooks a beautiful forest. There's a patio upstairs that if you go in the morning at dawn and again at dusk the amount of hummingbirds buzzing around is astonishing. Kitty is an incredible host and had some fantastic stories for us, similarly Michael is super friendly as well. Would love to return it again.

This is a beautiful, well-designed house nestled in the woods. It has a wonderful location, and even more wonderful hosts!! We will definitely come back here again.

This is a lovely little spot very close to beaches and hiking. More importantly, the mushroom house is quite unique and a lot of fun. Otherworldly! So many lovely touches but my favorite was looking out at the twinkly lights strong on the patio. Also, watching one of the moves from Kitty's huge selection. And finally the hummingbirds!

Staying at the Hummingbird Haven is like glamorous camping with a much more comfortable place to sleep, a fancier outhouse and a great outdoor shower! Sleep with the windows open so you can wake up to the sound of nature and listen to the hummingbirds buzz around for their breakfast! What a spectacular sight to watch them helicopter around everywhere! We even got to hand feed them! Very cool spot and it's great to chat to Kitty about the history of the space. She's an AirBnb legend and you should definitely try to to stay here if you can. I checked out the beach, local shops and Nisene state park for an excellent hike whilst I was there. Those activities coupled with just chilling in such a great space amongst the trees made it a great weekend.

The space is very fun, cozy and has a great outdoor space. We were only there one night and got in pretty late, so it was perfect for our needs. If you’re a larger family, this probably isn’t the spot for you, but it was exactly what we wanted for our stay - a unique, cozy place far from society to get away for the night. Kitty was also extremely welcoming and shared tons of history about the home and amenities upon our arrival.
