The house, in a completely renovated building, consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 2m, bathroom, living room very bright with sofa bed 140 and fully equipped kitchen. It has two balconies with large windows to the main facade, where thanks to the climate of Valencia allows you to have breakfast, eat and dine outdoors for much of the year. Do not worry about anything, you will find everything you need: clean sheets and towels, hair dryer, soap, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee, tea ... so you can relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the street of the baskets of the historical center of the city. It is a pedestrian street with a lot of charm, with traditional handmade shops of basketry and wood, very lively by the day, but at the same time very quiet and silent at night, without cars or bars. In addition, thanks to the unbeatable location in the old town, between the Central Market (1min), Silk Exchange (1min) and the Town Hall Square (1min), allows you to walk to the main attractions of the city in less than 5 min. The apartment is set in Old Town, a quiet and charming neighborhood steps away from the Central Market, the Silk Exchange, and the main highlights. Many characteristic restaurants and shops dot the area, where you can taste our Mediterranean gastronomy and culture. You can walk to all the landmarks of the city in less than 5 minutes. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. Hermoso piso de 50m2 en la tercera planta sin ascensor de un edificio histórico y protegido. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! Estaremos encantados de aconsejarlos y de resolver cualquier imprevisto antes y durante la estadía. Una vez que sean nuestros huéspedes, estaremos disponibles las veces que sea necesario. Situado en el centro histórico de Valencia, a unos metros de la mayoría de los sitios más relevantes y turísticos de la ciudad, como la Plaza de La Virgen (350m), la Plaza de La Reina (210m), la Catedral (200m), La Lonja de la Seda y Mercado Central (200m). Vivirás en el corazón del Valencia, llena de vida y movimiento, podrás disfrutar del encanto de la cuidad, sus calles, sus monumentos y su vida alegre. La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. Con gusto los aconsejaremos.

Apartamento acogedor, en la primera planta de un edificio histórico de tres alturas. La calle donde se encuentra es peatonal pero muy transitada por su belleza y atractivos, como la Real Parroquia de San Martín Obispo y San Antonio Abad ,hoteles modernos,servicios como Carrefour, panadería, tienda alquiler de bici y el mejor café para llevar, un camino obligado hacia el Mercado Central . De noche el Café Madrid y el pub irlandés son punto de encuentro , el bullicio termina sobre la 1:30.
